1. How do I make a purchase?
    Making a purchase is easy. When you see a product, simply select it in your size and click ‘Add to Bag’. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag on the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site, you can hover over or click on the bag to see its contents at any time.

    When you’re ready to place your order, select ‘Proceed to Checkout’ from the shopping bag icon and complete the checkout process.

  6. How long does delivery take, and how much will it cost?
    Delivery will vary according to the country of destination and shipping options. 

  7. Is my package insured?
    All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from NADYAHASAN.COM to your shipping destination. Once items are delivered to the buyer, the responsibility lies with the buyer.

  8. How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
    The cost of duties and taxes are calculated according to the customs of the final country of destination. NADYA HASAN does not calculate the specific cost of duties and taxes as it differs from country to country, hence is not charged in the order’s final cost.

  9. If import taxes and duties are not incurred, they must be rendered in order for the package to clear customs. Upon arrival in the final country of destination, the buyer will be contacted by the local customs bureau to advice of the customs cost.

    Nadya Hasan shoes are expertly crafted in Venice, Italy. Please allow 2-3 weeks after the confirmation of your order and payment via e-mail to process and manufacture your order.
